These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (“Participant,” “Client,” or “You”) and Eloah Paes Ramalho, trading as Conscious Connections (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

 

Conscious Connections is operated internationally and services are delivered online. Payments are processed securely via international payment providers.

 

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any Services (including digital products, coaching, mastermind programs, online events, or in-person gatherings), you agree to these Terms.

 

Where a separate written and signed agreement exists between the Participant and the Company, that agreement applies only where it directly conflicts with these Terms.

 

1. Version & Agreement

The Terms in effect at the time of purchase, access, or participation apply.

Continued purchase, access, or participation constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.

 

2. General Terms

We may update, modify, or change Services, structure, pricing, or delivery at any time.

These Terms apply unless explicitly overridden in writing.

 

3. Participation & Conduct

Services are designed to be respectful, safe, and growth-oriented.

We may refuse, suspend, or remove participation at our reasonable discretion where a Participant’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or materially inconsistent with the intended environment or facilitation structure.

This is based solely on behavior and suitability for the space and not on any legally protected characteristic.

All decisions are final and do not entitle the Participant to refunds, credits, or appeals unless required by law.

 

4. Services, Delivery & Fulfillment


4.1 Service Formats

Services may be delivered in various formats including:

  • online sessions

  • in-person events
    workshops

  • group containers

  • coaching-style formats

  • paired sessions

  • one-on-one facilitation

We may adjust format, structure, facilitation style, or group size at our discretion.

Such adjustments do not change the nature of the Service and do not entitle Participants to refunds or credits.

 

4.2 Scheduling & Allocation

Services are scheduled and allocated by the Company.

Participants are assigned to a session or equivalent offering by the Company. Once assigned, this constitutes the Participant’s confirmed allocation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings, purchases, and allocations are confirmed only through communications issued directly by the Company. Information displayed on third-party platforms does not constitute confirmation of allocation, scheduling, participation, or delivery of a Service.

 

4.2.1 Scheduling Confirmation & Change Window

For bookings made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session start time, Participants may request one change to their assigned session within 48 hours of booking.

Where a change request is approved, the Participant may be reassigned to the next available session or an equivalent offering at the Company’s discretion.

If no request is received within this 48-hour period, the assignment is deemed accepted and confirmed.

Once confirmed, the allocation is final and non-transferable and does not entitle Participants to refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

 

4.2.2 Late Bookings

Bookings made within 48 hours of a scheduled session start time, including bookings made shortly before the session begins, are considered late bookings.

Late bookings may be assigned to the current session or the next available session at the Company’s discretion.

Late bookings are confirmed upon communication via WhatsApp or email.

No change window applies to late bookings due to operational timing constraints.

Once confirmed, the allocation is final and non-transferable and does not entitle Participants to refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

 

4.2.3 Allocation Finality & Fulfillment

Once a session has been assigned and communicated to the Participant via WhatsApp or email, the allocation is considered confirmed and the Service is considered fulfilled.

Failure to attend, join, participate, access, or engage with the assigned session does not constitute non-delivery of the Service and does not entitle the Participant to refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling.

 

4.3 Fulfillment Standard

Fulfillment occurs upon assignment of a Service and communication of the relevant details to the Participant via WhatsApp or email.

Attendance, participation, or engagement is not required for fulfillment.

Failure to attend, join, participate, access, or engage does not constitute non-delivery of the Service and does not entitle the Participant to refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling.

 

4.4 Communication & Delivery of Notice

The Company’s primary communication channel is WhatsApp. Email may also be used at the Company’s discretion.

It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure they can receive communications via WhatsApp and email.

 

WhatsApp broadcast messages require the Participant to save the Company’s number to ensure delivery.

Communication sent via either WhatsApp or email is considered valid and effective delivery once sent by the Company, regardless of whether it is read, received, or accessed.

 

Failure to receive communication due to incorrect details, not saving the number, blocked messages, or technical issues on the Participant’s side does not entitle the Participant to refunds or credits.

 

4.5 Attendance & Variability

Participant numbers, composition, and engagement may vary.

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • group size
  • demographics
  • gender balance
  • compatibility
  • outcomes or results

Sessions may proceed with any number of attendees, including a single participant, and may be delivered in alternative formats at the facilitator’s discretion, including:

  • smaller group formats
  • workshop-style formats
  • coaching-style containers
  • paired formats
  • one-on-one facilitation

All such formats are considered full delivery of the Service and do not constitute a change to the agreed Service, nor do they entitle Participants to refunds or credits.

 

4.6 Session Timing & Attendance

Participants are expected to join on time and remain fully present for the duration of the session. This includes not driving, commuting, or engaging in any parallel activity.

Late access is subject to facilitator's discretion and may be refused once the session has started, in order to preserve the structure and integrity of the experience.

Late arrival does not constitute non-delivery of the Service and does not entitle Participants to refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Sessions are considered fully delivered as scheduled regardless of whether a Participant joins late, joins partially, or does not attend.

 

4.6.1 Access Dependencies

Certain Services may include required components that form part of the overall experience. Failure to attend a required component may result in loss of access to later components, including continuation experiences, without entitlement to refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling. 

 

5. Payments, Refunds & Disputes


5.1 General Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued at the Company’s sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

 

5.2 Transfers

Transfers may be permitted at the Company’s sole discretion to another eligible participant, subject to prior written approval.

 

5.3 Rescheduling

We may reschedule Services at our discretion due to operational, facilitation, or availability requirements.

Where rescheduling occurs, Participants will be assigned to the next available equivalent session or offering.

This does not entitle Participants to refunds or credits.

 

5.4 Currency & Alternative Payment Methods

Where Services are offered in a currency other than USD, or through a third-party payment or financing provider (including but not limited to PayFast or Mobicred), the converted amount and any associated fees, interest, or eligibility terms are determined solely by that provider. The Company is not responsible for currency fluctuations, third-party fees, or financing terms agreed between the Participant and the third-party provider.

 

6. Bonus, Complimentary & Pre-Event Access

Participation in any bonus, complimentary, or pre-event experience is optional.

Participation may be considered activation and partial fulfillment of the Service.

Non-participation does not affect the purchased Service.

 

7. Digital Products

Digital products are considered delivered once they are made available to the Participant, including any staged, phased, or partial release of content.

Where a digital product is delivered in stages, access to any initial portion (including the first module, lesson, week, or release segment) constitutes commencement of full delivery of the entire product.

 

This applies regardless of whether the Participant accesses, downloads, completes, or engages with the content.

Once any portion of a digital product has been made available after purchase, the product is deemed fully delivered and fulfilled.

All digital products are strictly non-refundable once any part has been made available.

 

No partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, or refunds based on non-completion or unused portions are permitted.

 

8. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

All Services are for educational, experiential, and developmental purposes only.

No outcomes or results are guaranteed.

We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

All decisions and actions taken by Participants are their sole responsibility.

 

9. The Momentum Program (Pre-Release & Development Terms)

The Momentum Program is a structured multi-part learning framework offered as a pre-release and developing program.

Participants acknowledge that they are purchasing access to a future structured program that may be in development at the time of purchase.

Program development and delivery begin following the first purchase or cohort activation, and content, structure, and delivery may be created, refined, and finalised during the development period.

Communicated timelines (including a 30-day or similar delivery window) represent the expected timeframe within which the first cohort or version of The Momentum Program will be delivered. These timelines are estimates and may reasonably adjust based on development and facilitation requirements.

By purchasing The Momentum Program, Participants acknowledge and agree that:
• they are securing access to a future or developing program
• the program may be created, refined, and evolved during development
• content, structure, and delivery timelines may be adjusted where necessary
• fulfillment begins upon purchase and continues through development, release, and delivery stages

Purchase of The Momentum Program is considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

 

9.1 The Momentum Program (4-week course) is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to recorded materials, to be completed at the Participant's own pace.

 

9.2 Optional Support add-ons (Live Support and Email Support) are separate monthly subscription services, billed independently of the one-time Momentum Program purchase.

 

9.3 Live Support consists of one small-group call per month. Where only one Participant is present, the session may be delivered as an individual call. Participants unable to attend may submit a voice note question in advance; such questions are addressed during the session at the facilitator's discretion and time allows, with no guarantee of response. Recordings of sessions occurring during an active subscription period are made available to subscribed Participants.

 

9.4 Email Support entitles the Participant to one written or video response per month to a single, reasonably concise question. The Company reserves the right to decline to respond in full to excessively long submissions, and may request the Participant resubmit a more focused question.

 

9.5 Subscriptions continue until cancelled by the Participant. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month or pro-rata refunds are issued.

 

10. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Participant behavior or interactions (before, during, or after Services)

  • third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)

  • missed communications due to Participant-side issues

  • interpretation or application of content

  • actions of other Participants

Participation is at the Participant’s own risk.

 

10. 1 Data Privacy

The Company collects Participant information solely to deliver Services, communicate with Participants, and improve offerings. The Company does not sell Participant personal data to third parties. This does not limit the Company's rights under Section 11 to use session recordings, photos, or video for training, educational, or promotional purposes.

 

11. Intellectual Property & Recording

All materials remain the intellectual property of the Company.

Sessions may be recorded and used for training, educational, or promotional purposes.

By participating, you consent to such use unless explicitly stated in writing before participation.

 

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Company regarding Services and supersede all prior agreements unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

 

14. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or participating, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms

  • You agree to be bound by them

  • You understand all sales are final unless required by law

  • You understand Services are fulfilled once scheduled, allocated, or made available

  • You understand communication sent via WhatsApp or email constitutes valid delivery

  • You understand continued participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
