Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form the agreement between you (“Participant,” “Client,” or “You”) and Eloah Paes Ramalho, trading as Conscious Connections (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any of our digital products, coaching programs, mastermind groups, online events, or in-person gatherings (collectively “Services”), you agree to these Terms.
If you have a separate, individually signed agreement for coaching or mastermind programs, that agreement will supersede these Terms in the event of any conflict.
General Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued participation in our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the most recent version.
These Terms apply to all Services and Products unless otherwise stated in writing.
Participation & Conduct
Our events are designed to be safe, respectful, and growth-oriented. By joining, you agree to conduct yourself in alignment with this intention.
We reserve the right to remove any Participant from an event, program, or group if their behavior is disruptive, harmful, or misaligned with the atmosphere we are creating. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline, refund, or terminate a Participant’s involvement if we believe their engagement is disruptive, harmful, or misaligned with the integrity of the event container. Such decisions are made solely on the basis of behavior, conduct, or fit with the group environment and will never be based on race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
If removal occurs before the event/program begins, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.
If removal occurs during or after the event, no refund will be given.
Event Structure & Attendance
3.1 Structure & Attendance:
Events may be structured in different formats at the Company’s discretion, including but not limited to online-only sessions, in-person-only gatherings, or hybrid formats that combine both online and in-person components. Participants acknowledge that not all features (e.g., online sessions, in-person meetups, or WhatsApp groups) will be offered at every event.
Events generally include:
A facilitated online session (approx. 2 hours).
An optional in-person meetup, with time and location provided by us (the Company does not book venues or provide supervision).
A WhatsApp group for Participants to stay connected afterwards.
Unless you explicitly notify us otherwise in writing, your name and contact number may be included in the WhatsApp group. The group may be closed at any point, and any individual may be removed if we assess they are not a fit for the environment.
Participation in Services is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety, well-being, and actions during online and in-person sessions.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, matches, or participant numbers. We may choose not to proceed with fewer than a minimum number of participants in any event; in such cases, the Company may reschedule.
If you choose not to attend any portion of an event, no partial refunds or credits will be issued.
3.2 Punctuality & Late Arrivals:
For events that include an online component, the session will begin promptly at the scheduled time. The virtual room will be locked 15 minutes after the scheduled start. Participants who have not joined by that time will be considered absent and will forfeit their ticket, with no refund or credit.
If a Participant anticipates being late, they are responsible for notifying the Company in advance. Acceptance of late entry remains at the sole discretion of the Company and may require the Participant to review special instructions before joining.
For in-person components, punctuality is also required. Late arrivals may be denied entry in order to preserve the safety, flow, and integrity of the event container. No refund or credit will be provided in such cases.
3.3 Participation Requirements & Group Access:
For events that include an online component, attendance for the full duration of the online session is mandatory in order to be eligible to participate in any subsequent in-person meetups and/or be included in post-event groups (such as WhatsApp).
The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether a Participant’s level of attendance and engagement qualifies them for inclusion in any subsequent activities or groups.
Inclusion in post-event groups (WhatsApp or otherwise) is always by invitation only and at the sole discretion of the Company. No guarantees are made that all Participants will be added, and decisions are final and not subject to dispute, refund, or credit.
3.4 Scheduling & Date Selection:
Many of our events are confirmed once a minimum number of participants have booked in a city. Prior to confirmation, you may be invited to indicate any dates on which you are unavailable. You must provide such unavailability within the stated timeframe. If you fail to respond within the timeframe, or if you only provide preferred dates without specifying explicit unavailability, you will be deemed to have accepted all potential dates.
In such cases, the event date will be determined at our sole discretion based on the group’s availability, and your ticket will automatically be allocated to that date. Once a date has been confirmed for you, your ticket is strictly final and non-refundable, regardless of your personal availability or circumstances.
At our sole discretion, we may allow you to transfer your ticket to another eligible participant, provided they complete a Welcome Call and meet our participation criteria. Any such transfer must be approved in writing by us prior to the event.
Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations
General Policy
All sales are final. Tickets and services are non-refundable except at our sole discretion or where required by law.
Event Rescheduling
If we must reschedule due to any circumstances, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds are not provided; however, we may offer a comparable alternative at our discretion.
Transfers
At our discretion, you may gift or transfer your ticket to another person, provided they complete a required Welcome Call before participating.
Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
Transfers to future events are not guaranteed and are only permitted with our written approval.
Cancellations
If you cancel your participation, no refunds will be issued. Tickets are considered non-transferable and non-cancellable once confirmed, except as outlined under “Transfers.”
Refunds
In exceptional cases where we approve a refund:
Refunds will be processed via PayPal only.
Participants are responsible for all PayPal transaction fees, currency conversion costs, and related charges.
Refunds will be issued in USD, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any differences in exchange rates are at the participant’s own risk.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of confirmation.
At our discretion, we may agree to process a refund via another method; such exceptions are rare and must be agreed in writing.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, strikes, or natural disasters. In such cases, your ticket will be transferred to a future date.
Non-Attendance
No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions, non-attendance, internet/power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Finality
By accepting a refund or transfer, you waive any further claims related to the transaction.
Digital Products
All digital products (including but not limited to recordings, courses, templates, and downloads) are delivered electronically.
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use digital products for your own use only.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital products without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Coaching & Mastermind Programs
Coaching sessions and mastermind programs are for educational and support purposes only.
The Company and its facilitators do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Any decisions you make as a result of coaching or mastermind participation are your sole responsibility.
No results are guaranteed. Success depends on your own commitment, actions, and circumstances.
Participant Behavior & Interactions
7.1 Behavior & Interactions:
While we encourage authentic and respectful connections, the Company cannot monitor, control, or be held responsible for the behavior or actions of Participants at any time during or after an event. This includes, but is not limited to, breakout rooms, private chats, WhatsApp interactions, or in-person meetups.
Participants are solely responsible for their own actions and any consequences arising from them.
The Company is not liable for any inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful behavior by any Participant, including harassment, indecent exposure, or other misconduct.
Any disputes, harassment, or unwanted contact between Participants are the responsibility of the individuals involved.
7.2 Confidentiality & Intellectual Property:
You agree to respect the confidentiality of other Participants in group settings, mastermind programs, and events.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in removal without refund.
All materials provided by the Company remain its intellectual property and may not be shared without permission.
Liability & Disclaimer
All Services are provided “as is” and are intended for personal growth, education, and connection.
The Company is not liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, property damage, theft, or other loss that may occur during in-person events, online sessions, or travel.
In-person gatherings may involve third-party venues. The Company is not responsible for the condition, safety, or management of such venues.
You agree to take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and well-being.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and aim to handle your personal information responsibly. By participating in our events, using our website, or providing your details through forms, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described below.
10.1 Information We Collect
We may collect the following information from you, depending on the context:
Name, email address, and WhatsApp number
Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)
Responses to forms, surveys, or quizzes (e.g., gender, relationship preferences, communication style, purchasing preferences, or other details you choose to share)
10.2 How We Use Your Information
We may use the information you provide to:
Organize and run events
Communicate with you by email, WhatsApp, or other channels
Add you to relevant groups or distribution lists (WhatsApp, email, or similar)
Provide updates, reminders, and promotional materials
Improve our services, events, and communications
10.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only as required by law, to protect our rights, or with your consent when using third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, email systems, or messaging platforms).
10.4 Communications & Unsubscribing
All broadcast emails include an unsubscribe link. You may use that link at any time to stop receiving those types of messages.
Group participation (such as WhatsApp groups) is voluntary, and you can leave a group at any time through the app’s built-in features.
We are not responsible for delays, errors, or technical issues in unsubscribing; however, our intention is to honor unsubscribe requests through the tools provided.
10.5 No Guarantees of Personalization
While we may use your information to improve and tailor communications, we cannot guarantee that every message or event will be relevant to your individual preferences.
10.6 Recordings & Media Use
By attending any event, program, or session (online or in-person), you consent to being recorded (audio, video, photographic, written, or otherwise).
You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such recordings for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, including on websites, social media, or other public platforms.
You waive any rights to inspect, approve, or claim compensation for the use of such materials.
Participants who do not wish to appear in recordings must notify the Company in writing before the session begins. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee exclusion in group settings.
By participating, you acknowledge there is no expectation of privacy in group sessions (Zoom, WhatsApp, or in-person) and the Company is not liable for the actions of other participants, including unauthorized screenshots, recordings, or sharing of content.
All recordings and related content remain the sole intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
Participants acknowledge and agree that sessions, events, and communications may be recorded, and that the Company may use such recordings, testimonials, and related materials for training, promotional, and marketing purposes. Participants grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such materials. Although the Company reserves the right to use such materials without additional consent, as a courtesy we may ask for your approval before publicly sharing personal testimonials.
10.7 Confidentiality by Request
At the beginning of each session, participants may request that specific information they share be treated as confidential. The Company will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests. However, due to the group nature of events, the Company cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. By participating, you acknowledge that you share information at your own discretion and risk, and the Company is not liable for the actions of other participants.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Eloah Paes Ramalho trading as Conscious Connections regarding your participation in our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
International Participation & Enforcement:
By participating in our Services, you agree that these Terms are governed by South African law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts. You agree that your country of residence, including but not limited to the USA, Canada, or the EU, does not exempt you from compliance with these Terms, including payment obligations, and that you may be pursued legally in South Africa for enforcement.

By completing your booking, access, or participation, you confirm:
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You understand all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You understand you are entering a binding agreement with Eloah Paes Ramalho trading as Conscious Connections.
You acknowledge the Billing Terms of Service: “By completing this order, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Billing Terms of Service.”
